Club Lounge Attendant

The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to join the only Forbes Five‑Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences.

Overview

The Club Lounge Attendant will be responsible for welcoming and assisting all guests entering and utilizing the Club Lounge while adhering to proper standards and compliance with Forbes Five‑Star service requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Perform concierge duties for Club Level guests such as local recommendations and booking of limos, restaurants, activities, shopping, etc.
  • Assist the guest with administrative duties such as printing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, directions, and airline boarding passes.
  • Demonstrate ability to present and explain all menu offerings and wine lists; maintain food and beverage presentation.
  • Maintain an immaculately clean and luxurious Club environment.
  • Resolve guest issues in a pleasant, empowered and prompt manner.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments and assist when needed to exceed the guest’s expectations.
  • Build insightful guest profiles and promote special hotel programs.
  • Be knowledgeable about The Post Oak and its services.
Qualifications

  • Hospitality or related degree/certification preferred.
  • 3 years of concierge or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous hotel experience, luxury or Forbes experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
  • Physical demands:
    Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and stand for prolonged periods.
