• Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen, ensuring every team member is on point and every task is done right.
• Keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork, from stocking supplies to supporting service.
• Maintain safe practices, handle lost items with care, manage access to sensitive areas, and ensure health standards are never compromised.
• Ensure sanitation: every surface, tool, and space is spotless and up to code.

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field, including a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service operations is preferred.
• Complies with certification requirements as applicable for the position to include:
  Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
• Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by applicable state regulations.
