Double Tree Hotel by the Galleria is looking for a self‑motivated and detail‑oriented leader in housekeeping. • At least 2 years of experience as a housekeeping supervisor.
• Flexible to work AM, PM, mid‑shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Bi‑lingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to lift/carry at least 30 pounds and stand/walk for at least eight hours, performing repetitive bending and stooping motions.
• Effective communication skills to lead the housekeeping team and interact with managers and supervisors in other departments.

• Assist in supervising all housekeeping staff.
• Inspect the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, and service elevator landings and provide feedback when standards are not met.
• Assist with onboarding and training new hires.
• Resolve guest concerns related to cleanliness issues and ensure standards are met.
• Open and close the department, run reports, conduct pre‑shift meetings, and attend required duties in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
• Assist in leading the housekeeping supervisor team and delegate duties to support daily operations.
• Analyze business needs and make operational decisions in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.

• Current or previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
