Assistant Front Office Manager
The Sheraton North Houston at IAH is currently hiring an Assistant Front Office Manager. As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Front Office Manager by overseeing daily operations of the front desk, including staff scheduling, guest check-in/check-out, resolving guest issues, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer service, while also providing training and coaching to front desk staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

- Oversee the Front Desk, PBX, and Bell stand operations and staff
- The Assistant Front Office Manager will work closely with Reservations and Housekeeping to ensure room inventory information is up-to-date and accurate
- The Assistant Front Office Manager will become very familiar with the hotel’s reservations and PMS systems
- At least two years of Guest Services or Front Office Supervisor experience in a hotel environment of similar size and quality
- Excellent leadership, training, and guest service skills are required
- Candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and work well under the pressure of time constraints
- Must be able to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities with the appropriate follow-up
