Postdoctoral Research Associate

Will be commensurate based on the selected hire’s education and experience.

Schedule:

** Houston, TX/ Full-Time
* PhD in Biology, Genetics, Microbiology, Host Pathogen Interactions, Cellular and Molecular Biology, or related science.
* Laboratory research experience in molecular biology, microbiology, biochemistry, protein science and animal models of infectious diseases are preferred.
* Strong interest in laboratory research involving molecular biology in bacteria
* Proficient in molecular biology laboratory techniques, such as RT-qPCR, bacterial genetics, Protein Biochemistry, Western blotting, and microscopy, and use of genomics including comparative genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics.
