The Hub Connection LLC is a growing provider of Durable Medical Equipment (DME), mobility products, and medical supplies serving healthcare facilities across the Houston area and beyond. We specialize in fulfilling high-volume, recurring, and bulk orders for hospitals, urgent care clinics, chiropractic offices, outpatient centers, and other medical facilities. Our focus is on reliability, fast fulfillment, competitive pricing, and building long-term provider partnerships.

As we expand our B2B footprint, we are seeking driven, relationship-focused Medical B2B Sales Representatives to help onboard healthcare facilities and secure placement on approved provider and vendor lists.

Role Overview

This role is designed for experienced B2B healthcare sales professionals who understand how to navigate provider networks and decision-makers. Your primary objective will be to establish The Hub Connection LLC as an approved vendor with hospitals, urgent care clinics, chiropractic practices, rehabilitation centers, and other high-volume healthcare facilities. This includes securing recurring supply agreements (weekly/monthly) as well as one-time bulk orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Introduce and position The Hub Connection LLC as a preferred DME and medical supply vendor
  • Get our company onboarded to provider/vendor lists with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities
  • Build relationships with procurement teams, administrators, case managers, and practice managers
  • Identify high-volume and recurring supply opportunities (weekly, monthly, or bulk orders)
  • Present our product catalog including DME, mobility equipment, and medical supplies
  • Develop long-term B2B partnerships and account relationships
  • Coordinate with internal operations to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in B2B healthcare, medical device, or medical supply sales
  • Strong network or ability to connect with hospital procurement, clinics, and healthcare administrators
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of vendor onboarding processes within healthcare organizations is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of DME, medical supplies, or facility purchasing workflows preferred
