Registered Behavior Technician (8:00am - 12:00pm) (PT/Entry Level)
Join the Blossom Center for Children as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This part‑time position is available Monday‑Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Base Pay Range: $17.00 / hr – $20.00 / hr. Compensation is based on skills and experience.
About the RoleAs a RBT, you will deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) direct client care in both one‑on‑one and group settings, helping children ages 2‑10 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) achieve their maximum potential. You will work under BCBA supervision and participate in the RBT training course and exam preparation.
Responsibilities- Provide ABA direct client care in one‑on‑one and group sessions.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and team therapists to deliver treatment plans.
- Document progress and maintain accurate data records.
- Attend and apply to the RBT training course and prepare for the RBT exam.
- Maintain a consistent Monday‑Friday schedule and work within the clinic.
- Experience providing ABA direct client care, 1:1 and group, with children ages 2‑10 including those with ASD.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and ready to work at every shift start.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and maintain varied postures for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites.
- Completion of 40‑hour RBT training modules with a certificate upon hire.
- CPR and First Aid certification with evidence of live training upon hire.
