Registered Behavior Technician Entry Level Houston

Overview

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position in Houston, full-time, entry level. Scheduling is Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $20.00/hr location:
Spring Valley.

Join a team dedicated to making work fun while helping children and families achieve their maximum potential. We provide all training needed to be successful, including the RBT Training course and preparation for the RBT exam. Many team therapists become RBTs within 60 days of employment.

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings while reinforcing client progress.

• Experience providing ABA direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Must enjoy working with children ages 2-10 years old with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or have experience with children of those ages.
• Available to work a consistent full-time schedule Monday – Friday between 8:00am – 5:00pm.
• Willing to work in an in-clinic setting with clients.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to start each shift on time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and assume/maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between different job sites.

• Must have completed 40-hour RBT Training Modules and provide completion certificate upon hire.
• Must have CPR certification and First Aid Training and provide evidence of CPR training upon hire.
