• Mission-Driven Work:
  Be part of a practice dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based therapy (IFS, ACT, CBT, EMDR, DBT skills, etc.).
• Competitive Pay & Benefits:
  Earn $50 to $110/hour, $110K+ annually based on experience and caseload, 50% employer-paid health insurance, vision, dental and life insurance for full-time staff, malpractice insurance coverage. Retirement plan with employer matching.
• Growth & Training:
  Annual training funds, CEU reimbursement, in-house training in Internal Family Systems and general practice training, certifications, and regular case consultations.
• No Admin Work:
  Our exceptional support team handles scheduling, billing, and client inquiries. Just rescheduling your clients on a weekly basis.
• Engaged & Motivated Clients:
  Work with adults, adolescents, children and couples who are invested in therapy and ready to make progress.

• Active Texas License (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, Psychologist)
• Associate license status (LPC-A, LMSW, LMFT-A) must have 1500 hours completed.
• Specific training/certification in a particular niche is preferred (i.e. EMDR, IFS, ACT, somatic experiencing, play therapy, EFT, Gottman, etc.)
• Experience working with adults, adolescents, children or couples
• Strong background or interest in IFS, CBT & evidence-based practices
• Team-oriented & growth-minded, eager to collaborate and learn
• Availability for at least 2 afternoons/evenings per week or a few weekend hours.
