Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Makes standard and routine decisions based on detailed guidelines with little independent judgment. Problems are generally solved with clear, detailed guidelines or by reporting them to a supervisor.
Knowledge and SkillsHas a basic level of a skill and can follow written or verbal instructions. Has basic technical skills to complete a few repetitive and well-defined duties. Has a basic knowledge of the organization in order to answer basic questions. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served. Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept. Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public. Leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level in which they are currently functioning.

Assists the Director of Social Services in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the social service programs of the community. Meets with administration, medical, nursing staff, and other related departments in planning social services, as directed. Involves the residents/families in planning social service programs when possible. Interviews resident/families in a private and confidential setting regarding personal information. Information obtained can include but is not limited to: personal and family problems, and past illnesses.
Provides consultation to members of our staff and community agencies, in efforts to solve the needs and problems of the residents through the development of social service programs. Performs administrative requirements (completing necessary forms, reports, etc.), and submits completed forms to the Director. Records and maintains regular Social Service progress notes indicating response to the treatment plan and/or adjustment to the new living setting.
