Position DetailsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Part-Time
Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience
Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment
Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark
Eligibility requires:
Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks
No schedule changes within the first 2 weeks

RBT Certification (Required)
Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Active listening and problem-solving skills

Have you worked as an ABA Therapist for at least 8 months?
