** Work Overview
** We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician that under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), will be responsible for providing clinical skills instructions and behavior reduction protocols based upon the development of Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Work 1:1 with patients in clinic
* Work with Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapist to assist with behavioral needs
* consistently implement treatment plans with fidelity and prepare program materials; treatment protocols that include a wide variety of domains such as toilet training, communication, social and adaptive living skills
* Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software
* Participate in ongoing training, evaluations and meetings are required
* Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families, as needed
* Work ethically and with integrity while following the ethical code of conduct

** Requirements
* ** Must be at least 18 years of age or older
* Must have an RBT Certification awarded through the BACB
* Experience with pediatric, autistic and developmentally disabled clients
* Great customer service skills
