Overview

Steady Strides ABA is seeking an RBT to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role involves implementing behavior intervention plans under supervision, engaging with clients and families, and contributing to a collaborative, growth‑oriented team.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
• Employment Type:
  
  Part-Time
• Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience

• Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment
• Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark
• Eligibility requires:
  • Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks
  • No schedule changes within the first 2 weeks

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)
• Engage positively with clients and their families

• RBT Certification (Required)
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism under pressure
• Active listening and problem-solving skills

• Do you have a valid RBT Certification?
• Have you worked as an ABA Therapist for at least 8 months?
