Position Summary
We are currently seeking full‑time shift Mental Health Technicians (MHTs) to support our Adolescent Unit. As a member of the treatment team, the MHT provides continuous care, supervision, and therapeutic engagement to adolescents in our program. This role is essential in creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment while serving as a positive role model for patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining a safe, orderly, and therapeutic physical environment for patients.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and establish and maintain good health by using effective, therapeutic communication techniques.
- Conduct environmental rounds on unit for safety and document observations.
- Facilitate patients’ participation in therapeutic activities and groups.
- Implement crisis management skills as directed by licensed staff.
- Day Shift 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Night Shift 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
