Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work in cardiovascular technology with relevant equipment across 11 labs

• Handle 40-50 unit cases per day in a high-volume environment

• Work with various case types including EP, IR, Cath Lab, and CVOR Hybrid procedures

• Flexible shift options available: 8, 10, or 12-hour day shifts

• Standard shift hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Call responsibilities: 4-5 calls per month with 1 weekend per month

• Minimum requirement of 3 days per month where technologist may be placed on call

• Work in Level I Trauma center with 719 beds

• Use Epic electronic medical record system for charting

• Required certifications: BLS Certification and Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via CCI

• BSN degree not required

• Daily parking costs $15+/day with monthly pass options ranging from $95-$120

• Cancellation policy: 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks

The facility handles high-volume cardiac procedures and maintains state-of-the-art equipment for electrophysiology, interventional radiology, catheterization lab, and cardiovascular operating room hybrid procedures. The organization utilizes Epic electronic medical records and maintains acute care standards for complex cardiovascular interventions.
