Job Description

Bright Autumn Home Care is seeking Competent, Compassionate, and Dedicated caregivers to join our team. Our mission is to provide exceptional, heart‐centered care that allows our clients to remain safe, comfortable, and supported at home — and we’re looking for team members who share that commitment.
Must be willing to work Weekdays and weekends
This is In‐home care

Requirements

• 1 years of verifiable caregiving experience (agency or facility)

• Valid Driver’s License

• Active Auto Insurance (must be listed as a driver)

• Social Security Card or valid  (passport acceptable)

• Reliable transportation

• Strong professionalism and dependability

Duties

• Provide direct support with daily activities to ensure client comfort and safety

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing

• Monitor and document client observations; report changes promptly

• Support clients with memory care needs through meaningful, engaging activities

• Uphold client rights with dignity, respect, and compassion

• Collaborate with care teams to follow individualized care plans

• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education
