Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist – Clinical Lead

Position Overview:

Clinical Lead (SLP)

This salaried leadership role offers a 75% clinical / 25% leadership split, totaling 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Lead, you’ll:

  • Provide high‑quality diagnostic evaluations and therapy services
  • Mentor and support SLPAs and Clinical Fellows
  • Promote clinical excellence and strong patient outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with Occupational and Physical Therapy teams
  • Partner with clinic leadership to support operations and interdisciplinary care

Leadership time (typically 10–25% weekly) may include supervision, mentoring, program development, and clinical collaboration, depending on clinic needs and size.

Compensation & Incentives
  • Salary: $72,000–$85,000 annually
  • Bonus potential: $2,600+ per year
  • Optional sign‑on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment programs available at select locations

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree from an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program
  • Completion of CFY + minimum of 1 year as a CCC‑SLP (2+ years pediatric experience preferred)
  • Active Texas SLP license
  • Experience supervising or mentoring SLPAs and/or CFs (or willingness to do so)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Pediatric and adolescent treatment experience
  • CPR certification (all ages)
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word preferred)
