Role DescriptionThe Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy services to individuals with communication disorders, focusing on improving speech, language, and articulation skills. This full-time, on-site position is based in Houston, TX, where the speech-language pathologist will work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. The role involves direct patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, documentation, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
Qualifications- Proficiency in providing Speech Therapy and addressing diverse Communication Disorders
- Knowledge and experience in articulation techniques and addressing specific speech challenges
- Experience working with Pediatrics and tailoring therapy for children's development
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish to effectively serve clients from diverse language backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with families and professionals
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas
