Responsible for assessment, development, and implementation of an intervention plan for persons with chemical dependency. Coordinates referrals within the facility, to community resources, release planning, and provides consultation to treatment team.

Human Services / Social Work / Criminal Justice (Preferred) - Degree:

Human Services / Social Work / Criminal Justice
License & Certification:
- Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor: LCDC-I (must test within 1 year)
Work Experience:
- Two (2) Years Work Experience in counseling incarcerated persons (preferred)
- Two (2) Years
Work Experience:
LCDC or LCDC-I. Knowledge of 12 Step Programs (preferred)
