Responsible for assessment, development, and implementation of an intervention plan for persons with chemical dependency. Coordinates referrals within the facility, to community resources, release planning, and provides consultation to treatment team.

License & Certification:

• Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor: LCDC-I (must test within 1 year)

Work Experience:

• Two (2) Years Work Experience in counseling incarcerated persons (preferred)
• Two (2) Years

  LCDC or LCDC-I. Knowledge of 12 Step Programs (preferred)
