Provide patient care and technical support in the operation of Interventional Radiology (IR) equipment for diagnostic and evaluation purposes.
Minimum Qualifications- Graduate of a JRCERT accredited radiologic technology program.
- Valid MRT license by the Texas Medical Board (TMB).
- Certification in Vascular‑Interventional Radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum 2 years staff IR technologist experience.
- Proficiency with IR equipment, PACS, RIS, and related clinical equipment.
- Communication skills:
Above‑average verbal communication with heavy public contact. - Writing/composing of correspondence and reports.
Analytical, CRT, medical terms, P.C.
Advanced EducationAdvance training specialty:
Graduated from an approved School of Radiologic Technology; IR certification.
