Dementia Caregiver – Belmont Village Senior Living, Hunters Creek, Houston, TX

Join Belmont Village Senior Living as a Dementia Caregiver. We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide hands‑on care to seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

• 4 on 2 off rotation including weekends & holidays (must be willing and able)
• 1st shift: 6:30 a.m.–2:45 p.m.
• 2nd shift: 2:30 p.m.–10:45 p.m.
• 3rd shift: 10:30 p.m.–6:45 a.m.

As a caregiver, you will provide assistance with daily living activities, promote socialization, maintain accurate care records, uphold high standards of care, provide assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care, and prioritize hospitality and customer service.

• Assist with activities of daily living for assigned senior residents.
• Promote socialization and community activity participation, prioritizing resident safety and well‑being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and promptly report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands‑on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Professional, pleasant, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance essential.
