Background in one or more of the following: personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy, chiropractic, yoga, kinesiology, or exercise science

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients of all fitness levels

Professional, reliable, and punctual with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working hands-on in a one-on-one client setting

Preferred:

Current CPR/AED certification

Prior experience in assisted stretching or manual therapy

As a Stretch Therapist, youll use your background in personal training, massage therapy, physical therapy, chiropractic, yoga, kinesiology, or exercise science to deliver individualized stretch sessions. Youll help clients improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall wellness while building long-term relationships.

Deliver 25-, 50-, and 75-minute assisted stretch sessions tailored to client needs

Assess client flexibility and mobility to create personalized stretch programs

Educate clients on stretching techniques, recovery practices, and body mechanics

Build strong client relationships that encourage loyalty and retention

Maintain accurate session notes and monitor client progress

Keep a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Support studio growth through excellent client care and teamwork

Paid training and Stretch Med certification provided
