Position is responsible for the transport, delivery, set‑up and training of durable medical equipment (DME).

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED; preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Valid State of Texas class C driver's license with a good driving record.
• Experience:
  
  One (1) year of experience with DME equipment preferred.

• Transports and delivers DME.
• Explains operation of equipment.
• Troubleshoots equipment in the field as required.
• Cleans returned equipment.
• Maintains accurate records of DME distribution/delivery.
• Performs daily maintenance checks on assigned vehicle and maintains an adequate level of fuel.
• Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
• Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education, skills competency, supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff.
