Position: Registered Behavior Technician (8:00am - 4:00pm)(FT/Entry Level) Houston

Registered Behavior Technician (8:00am – 4:00pm, Full Time, Entry Level) – Houston, TX

Base pay range: $17.00/hr – $20.00/hr.

Location:

Spring Valley.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm.

Entry‑level position:
We provide all training needed to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Upon hire, we will provide RBT Training and prepare you to take the RBT exam. Most team therapists become RBTs within 60 days of employment.

  • Non‑RBT starting pay: $17.00/hr
  • RBT starting pay: $18.00/hr + (based on experience)
Requirements
  • Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings while reinforcing our clients
  • Must enjoy working with children ages 2–10 years old with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or have experience working with children of those ages
  • Must be available to work a consistent full‑time schedule Monday‑Friday between the hours of 8:00am‑6:00pm
  • Must be willing to work in an in‑clinic setting with your client
  • Must be punctual and reliable, showing up on time and ready to work at the start of every shift
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
  • Must be willing and able to travel between different job sites with reliable transportation
  • Must demonstrate/possess all of Blossom's Core Values (Whatever It Takes, Humbly Confident, Choosing Positivity, Curiously Proactive)
  • Must have completed 40‑hour RBT training modules and provide completion certificate upon hire
  • Must have CPR certification and First Aid training, and provide evidence of CPR training in live format upon hire
