. Kids Care Home Health is an ethical, therapist‑owned and operated home health company providing therapy services to children with special needs in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking to immediately hire a Speech Language Pathologist to work in a pediatric home‑health setting.

- Provide clinical treatment including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training.
- Perform evaluations with special attention to receptive/expressive language, speech fluency, vocal/oral‐motor competence, articulation, and auditory skills.
- Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
- Maintain communication with patients and families regarding progress, programs, and other therapeutic issues.
- Refer to appropriate services and consult with physicians on patient progress.
- Maintain supplies, equipment, and accurate records.
- Attend internal and external educational functions and quality assurance activities.
- Participate in continuing education to expand scope of service.
- Maintain a productive caseload and collaborate with the team.
- Mentor students and new hires; serve as backup provider when needed.
- Comply with all company policies and other duties as assigned.
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- Current state‑issued professional licensure.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- CPR certification.
- Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, record keeping, and database activity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Spending one‑third to two‑thirds of time standing, walking, reaching, sitting, kneeling, and crawling.
- Using hands and fingers for handling, feeling, talking, and hearing.
- Moderate noise in a residential or childcare setting.
- Must lift a minimum of twenty‑five pounds.
