per hour Benefits: PTO accrues upon hire. Dental insurance for PT employees scheduled for 20 hours or more per pay period. $2000 sign on bonus payable over the first year for employees scheduled for 20 hours per pay period.

Heritage Court Assisted Living is seeking caring and dependable Resident Assistants to join our team. We are a small,
18-unit assisted living community located in Houston, Minnesota
, focused on providing quality care in a warm, home-like environment.

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providing compassionate, respectful care and support
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions
• Supporting residents' independence and dignity

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Prior caregiving or assisted living experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor
