• Review and complete appropriate paperwork for every patient, including exam, scheduling, physician orders, department logs, imaging records, consents, medical records, and patient charges.
• Transport patients to and from their rooms and ER.
• Monitor the equipment for mechanical safety.
• Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxieties and obtain cooperation.
• Position patients on the exam table and adjust immobilization devices to obtain optimum views of specified body areas requested by the physician.
• Work as a team player and meet the needs of the Diagnostic Imaging Department.

• Graduate of an accredited MRI program.
• ARRT® required. ARRT(n) or ARMRIT required within six months of hire date.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
