This field-based position supports the Cardiac Rhythm Management Leadless division. The Senior Regional Leadless Specialist works closely with internal and external customers to ensure adoption and procedural success of leadless technology.
Job Duties- Educate physicians, nurses, and other health care providers on indications and selection of patients for leadless pacing.
- Provide procedural support in accordance with best practices to facilitate consistent and optimal clinical outcomes.
- Assist in education and training activities for Abbott personnel.
- Communicate clinical data regarding leadless CRM products.
- Coordinate and deliver programs to facilitate market expansion and therapy access.
- Provide market intelligence to refine therapy training and expansion plans.
- Liaise with marketing for technology improvements and next-generation product feedback.
- Complete administrative reporting as assigned.
- Monitor performance, report status, and exercise judgment in planning and organizing work.
- Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (engineering) or equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years of clinical medical device experience, ideally with CRM products.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex devices.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort navigating the medical environment, including labs and hospital settings.
- Proven success in leading and influencing customers; confidence in providing guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with medical device industry policies, operations, and procedures.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Significant travel (approximately 50–75% of time).
- IBHRE certification (for Pr. Level).
- Previous cardiac leadless device training/education certification or designation.
- Previous sales experience and/or demonstrated business acumen.
