Summary§/h3§p§We are currently looking for an experienced §b§Surgical Technician§/b§ who would be interested in joining our team. We are looking for someone with experience who enjoys a fast‑paced environment.§/p§p§§b§This is a PRN position, and the work hours will include weekends and holidays.§/b§/p§h3§Essential Responsibilities§/h3§ul§li§Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age‑appropriate care to patients served by the facility.§/li§li§Understands principles of growth and development across the lifespan, and can assess and respond to age‑specific needs in accordance with facility policies and procedures.§/li§li§Possesses

knowledge of surgical instruments and techniques, including instrument and needle counts, isolation protocols, and proper procedures for terminal cleaning of surgical instruments and operating rooms.§/li§li§Demonstrates proficiency in technical surgical skills relevant to the role.§/li§li§Functions within the defined scope of the position and maintains appropriate professional boundaries in employee/patient interactions.§/li§li§Actively participates in continuing education opportunities to maintain and enhance clinical competencies.§/li§li§Communicates
