Registered Behavior Technician (8:00am - 2:00pm)(PT/Entry Level)
Join the Blossom Center for Children as a part‑time Registered Behavior Technician. You will work Monday‑Friday from 8:00am to 2:00pm and help children ages 2‑10 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) receive applied behavior analysis (ABA) direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings.
Base Pay Range$17.00/hr – $20.00/hr
Schedule and TrainingMonday‑Friday 8:00am – 2:00pm. Upon hire we provide the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training course and prepare you to take the RBT exam. Most of our Team Therapists become RBTs within 60 days of employment.

Market value pay based on experience; opportunities for pay increases based on performance every 6 months.
- Experience providing ABA direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings while reinforcing our clients.
- Must enjoy working with children ages 2‑10 years old with ASD or have experience working with children of those ages.
- Must be available to work a consistent schedule Monday‑Friday.
- Must be willing to work in an in‑clinic setting with your client.
- Must be punctual and reliable, showing up on time and ready to work at the start of every shift.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites.

- Must have completed 40 hour RBT Training Modules and provide completion certificate upon hire.
- Must have CPR certification and First Aid Training and provide evidence of CPR training in live format upon hire.
