Intake Coordinator at Pro Source is a full‑time entry‑level position located in Houston, TX. The role serves as the first point of contact for patients entering our home‑health care services.

• Manage incoming referrals and initiate the intake process
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations
• Communicate with physicians, hospitals, and case managers
• Enter patient and physician information into Kinnser (Well Sky)
• Work closely with the Patient Care Coordinator to ensure staffing needs are met
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely admissions
• Ensure documentation meets Medicare and agency standards
• Required to be on‑call on a rotating shift

• 1–2 years of intake experience in home‑health care
• Strong working knowledge of AIDEN/AIDA and Kinnser/Well Sky
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Bilingual a plus
