DescriptionOur New Patient Scheduler – Bilingual / Spanish will ensure positive and proactive communications with prospective and existing patients via inbound and outbound telephone calls and email. The communication should be aligned and focused on providing the best possible patient experience at all times. This position handles all new patient inquiries, obtains patient registration, and reports weekly and monthly data (inquiries and registrations) as requested.
EssentialResponsibilities
- Timely answering of all telephone inquiries from potential new patients.
- Delivers superior patient service on all inbound and outbound calls/contacts, emails, and/or chat sessions.
- Instructs patients desiring new patient appointments to complete required registration forms (either by internet, email, fax, or mail).
- Logs patient calls daily.
- Routes registration forms to appropriate contact at each location and/or business office representative.
- Maintains monthly log for new patient referral spreadsheet.
- Mail new patient packet to potential new patients when requested.
- Assists supervisor as needed.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned.

Must be open to training to ensure the individual is the subject matter expert in proactive fertility care.
Education And/or Experience- High School Diploma required
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- 1-2 years patient contact/scheduling experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA compliance and requirements
- Ability to exhibit computer proficiency in Microsoft and EMR platforms and programs.
- Superior organizational and time management skills
