Occupational Therapist (OT) | Home Health | Pediatrics job at LMS Recruiting. Houston, TX. We have an immediate need for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) who is seeking a position in Houston, TX with an established agency. The successful candidate will provide OT services to pediatric patients in a Home Health setting. The position starts as PRN with the expectation to build a full case load within 90 days.

Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function and planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing the facility and their discipline.
Specific Duties:

• Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients in the SW area of Houston, TX
• Services include occupational therapy evaluations, re-evaluations and treatments based on patients plan of care
• Build patient case load into full-time equivalent within 3-6 months

Job Requirements

• • Graduate of an OT accredited school
• • State therapy license
• • CPR Certification

Compensation

• $60 per visit
• $75 per initial evaluation
