About the Role

Join our dedicated team at Happier at Home as a Caregiver/CNA, where you will provide compassionate care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for empathetic and skilled professionals who are passionate about enhancing the quality of life for our clients in NW Houston, TX. We are hiring for immediate 12 hour shifts Monday through Sunday 7am-7pm in zip code 77429.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document clients’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.

• Previous experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
