Salary Range: $35,996 - $44,466
Responsibilities- Release patient health information in a timely and accurate manner
- Document and track requests for information accurately
- Provide personalized customer service to all requestors
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited program (required)
- 2-3 years experience in a medical record department or confidential file room; knowledge of Release of Information; experience with confidential information (required)
- Knowledge of the Kelsey-Seybold system; 1-2 years ROI experience (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills (required)
- 30 wpm typing (preferred)
- CRT/PC knowledge/10 key (required)
- Medical, Vision, and Dental
