POSITION OVERVIEW

This full-time Inpatient Rehab PT position is designed for therapists who want more than just a job—they want to develop into confident, well-rounded clinicians
. You’ll work with patients recovering from stroke, trauma, amputations, debility, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions, with the majority successfully returning home after discharge.

Here, mentorship isn’t just a buzzword—it’s built into the culture. From structured onboarding to collaborative interdisciplinary rounds, you’ll always have the support and guidance you need to grow while making a meaningful impact on patients’ recovery journeys.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Texas license or ability to obtain
  • Open to new grads and experienced therapists from other settings
  • Coachable and eager to grow
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Acute Care experience preferred
