The KSC Laboratory Services Director of Anatomic Pathology will be responsible for Pre‑Analytic, Analytical, Post‑Analytic AP teams (grossing/accessioning, histology, cytology, molecular pathology) and operations with direct reports to include, but not limited to, Specimen Processing Supervisor, AP Manager, and Admin Supervisor. The KSC Laboratory Services AP Director will participate in financial forecasting, budget preparation, equipment selection, and resource planning. This director will be responsible for quality and regulatory compliance, and the financial performance of the KSC Laboratory Services Anatomic Pathology Department.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in laboratory science or 10+ years of experience in an AP Director position
- ASCP HT, HTL, CT Licensed
- 7+ years of experience in an Anatomic Pathology Laboratory leadership position
- Experience using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Teams for data analysis and presentation
- Proven solid interpersonal skills, awareness of human resource management principles, must be able to speak and write clearly
- Master’s degree or above in business or healthcare discipline
- Director level AP experience
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full‑time employment.
