Job SummaryThe Radiologic technologist (x-ray technologist or radiographer) is responsible for providing patient care and technical expertise in the operation of all x-ray equipment for diagnostic imaging purposes.
Minimum Qualification- Must be a graduate of a JRCERT accredited program.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.
- Valid MRT license by Texas Medical Board (TMB) required.
- Current CPR certification.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Communication
Skills:
Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Writing/Composing Reports. - Analytical, CRT, and Medical Terms.
Flexible
Equipment OperatedIonizing Radiation equipment, image processing equipment, and other related clinical equipment.
