Radiology Supervisor

Schedule:

Mon-Fri 7am-3pm.

• Imaging supervisor’s responsibilities will include planning, organizing, controlling and directing aspects of clinical services.
• Delegate appropriate responsibilities to designated staff.
• Effectively implement policies and procedures of the imaging department.
• Ensure that assigned sections are adequately staffed for performance of duties.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of ALL modalities, educate/explain exams being performed, and perform all ordered exams (invasive and non-invasive).
• Work in stressful situations and provide 24-hour call availability when requested. Good working knowledge of computers & PACS. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Graduate from an accredited radiology program.
• Current ARRT (R)/Radiography registration is required.
• Current certification with the Texas Department of Health (CMRT)/TMB license is required.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification is required.
