We are searching for a new addition to our launch team! We are an advanced wellness screening program and we need an extra set of hands to help with our growth and adding/setting up our program in to Family Practice Clinics around Central Texas.
We are currently looking for a PT Travel Sonographer (Ultrasound Technician) with some Medical Admin or Medical Assistant experience (or willingness to learn) to work in our medical clinics and be cross-trained to perform some administrative duties.
This position is for our launch team and will be to coordinate and facilitate launch of our program in new locations. This position is in and around Houston and central Texas. This position includes travel within central Texas.

What You’ll Do
Ultrasound Duties (Primary):
- Carotid, thyroid, kidney, aortic, and limited echocardiograms (Echo training provided).
- Venous and arterial studies (lower extremities).
- Submit accurate and high-quality images and reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and patient records (EMR).
Clinic Launch & Admin Support
- Assist with the setup and operational support of new clinics.
- Help ensure equipment, supplies, and patient rooms are organized and functional.
- Cross-train in basic responsibilities (administrative duties, plug and play screening tests etc.).
- Communicate professionally with patients and team members.
Education And Experience
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent.
- 2+ years of ultrasound experience (vascular experience preferred).
- Willing to learn Echo (we’ll train you).
- Comfortable with part-time, flexible scheduling.
- Organized, tech-savvy, and a strong communicator.
- Enjoys working in new settings and traveling locally.
Preferred
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or similar certification.
- Prior Medical Assistant or Medical Office experience or certification.
- Experience in clinic operations or startup environments.
