Overview

Houston Hotel – Omni Houston Hotel offers a luxurious oasis with impeccable grounds and views, located in the Uptown Post Oak/Galleria area. The property is minutes from Houston attractions and provides a dynamic work environment with training and mentoring, a culture of respect and empowerment, and a focus on exceptional service.

• Know and share information about the hotel activities and promotions, accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation, and hotel/activity information to guests and employee partners.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all treatments and services offered on the current salon treatment menu, as well as trends and developments within the professional spa community related to products, treatment, and techniques.
• Demonstrate awareness of safety precautions and procedures to ensure a safe atmosphere for guests and employee partners.
• Provide salon hair, nail, facial, and body treatments in accordance with established Omni standards and protocols within the assigned structure.
• Conduct tours of the salon and related facilities.
• Participate in periodic product inventory as scheduled.
• Communicate availability with Spa Director on a biweekly basis.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

• Must have a valid Texas Cosmetology Operator license.
• Must have a valid TABC certification in the state of Texas.
• Dazzle Dry certification preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for several hours.
• Must be extremely customer focused.
• Must have a flexible schedule especially during weekends and holidays.
