Summer 2026 Internship Program

To be eligible for the Summer 2026 Internship Program, candidates must be in their junior year, pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.

Successful candidates who complete the program may be offered the opportunity to transition into a full-time role at Strategic Financial Group upon graduation.

About the Internship

Our Financial Advising Internship Program offers hands-on exposure to the financial services industry while building foundational skills in client relationships, business development, and strategic planning. Interns will work directly with experienced advisors to learn what it takes to build a successful, client-focused financial practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn how to build meaningful client relationships through discovery and communication.
  • Gain insight into financial planning, wealth management, and entrepreneurial practice-building.
  • Support advisors with business development initiatives and client service projects.
  • Participate in mentorship sessions, team meetings, and professional development workshops.
  • Experience the culture of a firm that values growth, integrity, and collaboration.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Current college student (rising senior preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; enjoys working with people.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity about business and financial services.
  • Self-starter who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizens or permanent residents only).
