Senior Associate, Finance – Power Infrastructure

A growing power infrastructure platform backed by a leading global infrastructure asset manager is seeking a Senior Associate, Finance to support the financial management of multiple operating power assets.

This role sits at the intersection of accounting and finance, partnering closely with plant operations and corporate leadership to oversee financial performance, budgeting, and operational cost management across power generation assets.

• Partner with plant managers and operations teams to track financial performance and operating costs
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple operating power assets
• Support month-end close, accruals, and financial reporting processes
• Monitor operations & maintenance (O&M) expenses and capital project spending
• Assist with development of long-term financial plans and capital expenditure forecasts
• Prepare financial analysis and reporting for senior leadership
• Support implementation and improvement of financial systems and reporting processes

• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting supporting operating assets
• Background in power generation, energy infrastructure, utilities, oil & gas, or industrial operations preferred
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
• Experience working with operations teams or plant-level financial performance is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
