Staff Accountant

SNI Companies has partnered with global Consumer Products firm and is looking for a Staff Accountant to join its Houston finance team.

• Develop financial models, rolling forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business strategy.
• Lead the budgeting process, providing department- and region-specific reporting with insightful analysis.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business trends and opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports, including budget variance analyses, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance profitability, control costs, and improve operational efficiencies.
• Partner with sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure financial alignment.
• Enhance data accuracy, streamline financial processes, and implement automation tools.
• Conduct in-depth financial and operational analyses to support leadership decisions.

• Industry experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or retail is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Hands‑on experience with SAP/Net Suite
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights for non-financial teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
