• Drive a timely, accurate close while improving scalability across entities
• Partner with leadership to implement new accounting standards and support acquisitions
• Lead credit, collections, and cash performance in collaboration with sales and operations
• Improve processes through ERP optimisation, automation, and smarter use of data

• CPA-qualified with experience in public accounting and corporate environments
• Track record of improving accounting processes in growing or PE-backed businesses
• Strong ERP capability with confidence leading system or process change
• Commercial mindset with the ability to influence beyond finance
