Treasury Manager

CCL is partnered with a client seeking a Treasury Manager with strong analytical skills and energy industry experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical Treasury Manager to join a strategy-focused corporate finance team supporting energy operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with financial data, developing insights, and partnering with leadership on key business decisions.

The Treasury Manager will oversee treasury operations including cash management, forecasting, and financial risk oversight. There is also potential to manage corporate insurance programs and lead a small team supporting treasury functions.

• Lead treasury activities with emphasis on financial analytics and reporting
• Support liquidity management, forecasting, and cash positioning
• Provide insights that help guide operational and strategic decisions
• Oversee corporate insurance programs (preferred but not required)
• Supervise and develop two direct reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field
• Energy industry experience required (upstream, oilfield services, or midstream preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
• Experience in operational treasury, AP, or related finance processes is a plus
• Excellent communication and business partnering ability

Candidates without energy industry experience will not be considered.

Compensation based on experience - mid $150s + bonus and LTIP
