Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accurate recording of all transactions and compliance with GAAP.
• Lead or support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare financial statements and perform variance analyses to support management decisions.
• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, Payroll, and Finance teams while supporting process improvements and ERP enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with 5–8 years of accounting experience, including general ledger and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, advanced Excel skills, and expertise in account reconciliations.
• CPA, public accounting experience, ERP system experience, or plaintiff law firm experience is a plus but not required.
