Financial Manager
You will report directly to our VP of Business Analytics & Planning and work at our Houston, Texas office on a hybrid schedule.
In this role, you will enhance the organization's financial health by applying efficient working capital management to achieve strategic objectives and improve cash flow.
Responsibilities- Oversee cash management, accounts receivable aging and DSO performance, accounts payable optimization, vendor management, indirect procurement controls, and enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives
- Lead initiatives for cash management and optimization of working capital across the Process Automation business.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce inventory levels.
- Drive DSO improvement targets through proactive aging reviews, escalation, and cross-functional alignment
- Develop and deliver monthly / quarterly cash forecasts covering receivables, payables, and expected cash flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Monitor key working capital KPIs and develop action plans to improve cash conversion cycle performance
- The Working Capital Leader works closely with the Business Unit and Regional CFO leadership to deliver outcomes and foster development, accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.

QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or working capital management.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and working capital optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
- Proficiency in usage of SAP / Essbase & Power BI/Tableau applications to drive insights and decision-making.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading financial initiatives and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
