The purpose of this role is to enable the site leadership team to reach short‑and long‑term targets by providing insightful analysis and recommendations in all financial aspects of the plant such as cost transparency, product profitability, key performance indicators in production, innovation, cost savings, planning cycles and net working capital.

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.
What You Will Do- Enabling the division to reach short‑ and long‑term targets by providing insightful analysis and recommendations in all financial aspects of the plant.
- Managing monthly financial closing, forecast and risks and opportunity processes together with Division Controlling and Corporate FP&A (revenue to EBITDA and free cash flow, balance sheet and NWC).
- Co‑leading the 5‑year strategic planning process for both sites with focus on sales, cost savings/innovation and investment planning.
- Leading the annual budgeting process with plant leadership to meet corporate targets and deadlines.
- Return‑on‑Investment analysis for various CAPEX projects.
- Leading process and systems improvement projects (SAP enhancements, new process and tool introductions, etc.) together with local and global supply chain group, corporate accounting and global operations.
- Acting as point‑of‑contact toward Shared Service Center and external auditors for accounting, internal controls and audit questions in the area of responsibility.
- Organizational management of direct report(s).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, finance or accounting (CPA preferred), with 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance and Controlling, including hands‑on leadership across target setting, actuals and forecasting processes.
- Deep expertise in manufacturing site finance, including cost management, productivity and performance analytics, coupled with strong business acumen.
- Proven experience as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders, providing financial insight, challenge and guidance to support decision‑making and value creation.
- Demonstrated capability in leading, developing and inspiring direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Strong systems proficiency: SAP experience mandatory (HFM and SAC experience considered a strong asset).
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment with competing priorities and evolving business needs.
- Highly analytical mindset with strong financial modeling skills, excellent communication abilities, team‑oriented, proactive and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Cross‑functional agility with a continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking best‑practice processes while consistently prioritizing and delivering high‑quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
- Exhibits the gravitas of a current and future leader, with a strong bias for action and results delivery—critical in a highly performance‑oriented environment.
