This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial & Corporate Development Analyst or Associate located in Downtown Houston, TX. In this position, the Analyst or Associate will support corporate development and general finance initiatives through financial modeling, market research, and strategic analysis. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed financial models, assisting in investment evaluations, board presentations, and contributing to strategic planning processes.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication of findings to leadership will also be critical aspects of the role.
- At least 2 years of Oil & Gas Energy Investment Banking and/or Midstream Industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Solid understanding of Finance
- Expertise in Financial Modeling techniques
- Strong understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Working knowledge of platforms such as Enverus are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
